An online tool tailored for accounting firms was required to streamline team management and client communication. The goal was to create a high-fidelity prototype that accurately reflected the final application's functionality and user experience.

Design challenge

As the UI/UX designer, I needed to create a comprehensive web application that balanced modern aesthetics with user-friendly functionality. The key challenge was designing for users across all technological skill levels while maintaining the company's brand identity.

Approach

I collaborated directly with the client to understand their vision and user requirements. This partnership allowed me to develop a comprehensive design system with custom UI components that ensured visual consistency throughout the project.

Using Figma and ProtoPie, I created a high-fidelity prototype with smooth animations and interactive elements that closely resembled the final product. This realistic prototype enabled us to conduct meaningful user testing and gather critical feedback on usability and functionality.

We prioritized user feedback collection to continuously refine the application before launch. By incorporating user insights, I enhanced the final design to ensure accessibility and ease of use for all users.

Key design elements

• Modern Aesthetic: I selected typography, color schemes, and layout patterns that created a visually appealing and professional interface. Each element was carefully chosen to enhance the overall design cohesion and communicate the right brand message.
